With a style reminiscent of the early days of powered model aircraft, the Ripmax Zephyr is the perfect model for those warm summer evenings, where its light weight and gentle flying characteristics offer maximum relaxation and enjoyment, as well as the potential for extended flight times due to the low power required.
Built up from selected balsa and ply, then carefully covered in translucent film, the Zephyr is supplied pre-fitted with an efficient brushless motor and matching speed controller. Simply add two mini servos, receiver and suitable 3 cell Li-Po battery pack plus propeller and spend a couple of hours on the final assembly and the Zephyr will be ready to go.
As well as being an exceptionally easy model to fly, the Zephyr is surprisingly fun to fly for the more experienced pilot, with tight loops and turns being possible, alongside stall turns, extremely slow flight and even inverted!
